36:10
وسواء عليهم اانذرتهم ام لم تنذرهم لا يومنون ١٠
وَسَوَآءٌ عَلَيْهِمْ ءَأَنذَرْتَهُمْ أَمْ لَمْ تُنذِرْهُمْ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ ١٠

It is the same whether you warn them or not—they will never believe.
