43:4
وانه في ام الكتاب لدينا لعلي حكيم ٤
وَإِنَّهُۥ فِىٓ أُمِّ ٱلْكِتَـٰبِ لَدَيْنَا لَعَلِىٌّ حَكِيمٌ ٤

And indeed, it is—in the Master Record1 with Us—highly esteemed, rich in wisdom.
